The Laddomat 21-60 offers a compact and reliable solution for the optimal charging of your buffer storage tank. Combined with precise hot water control, the Laddomat 21-60 quickly reaches the desired operating temperature of the boiler and ensures a consistently high water temperature.

It is designed to optimize the operation of the heating system by feeding the buffer tank with a low flow rate, thus ensuring ideal stratification. This significantly improves the tank's efficiency and extends the service life of the connected boilers.

Function and benefits

During the heating process, the Laddomat 21-60 actively promotes the achievement of the optimal operating temperature by selectively increasing the temperature in the boiler's return line. This effectively prevents boiler corrosion and extends the boiler's service life.

In the final phase of firing, the integrated thermostatic valve shuts off the bypass outlet, resulting in a complete charge of the buffer tank. Furthermore, the residual heat in the boiler (ember bed) is optimally utilized through self-circulation – a function that operates reliably even during a power outage.

Assembly and maintenance

The robust construction with high-quality sealing surfaces allows for quick and easy installation of the Laddomat 21-60. The design is geared towards maximum service life and trouble-free operation, which supports the long-term operation of the heating system.

Ball valves with Teflon gland seals and robust metal levers ensure easy maintenance. These allow maintenance work to be carried out without draining the system and effortlessly handle high flow rates at the end of the heating process and during self-circulation.

Technical data

The Laddomat 21-60 is available with a thermocouple in different versions (53°, 57°, 63°, 66°, 72°, 78°, 83° or 87°C). Pump models such as the Laddomat LM 6 (non-EU) or the Laddomat LM 6A (ErP) are available.

It features connection options for Cu28 and R32 pipes, as well as optionally available R40 and R50 adapter sets. A maximum recommended boiler output of up to 80 kW can be used.
