The Rojek KTP 30 natural draft boiler is a water-cooled solid fuel boiler with a nominal output of 30 kW for manual loading with split logs. It is suitable for heating systems where a robust, simply designed boiler without a fan and without electronic controls is required.

The boiler is designed for integration into central hot water heating systems and can be operated with gravity circulation or pump circulation depending on the system design. The specific power selection and system design should always match the heating load, buffer tank, and existing flue system.

Technology & Equipment

The Rojek KTP 30 operates as a manually loaded natural draft boiler with adjustable primary and secondary air supply. Combustion is controlled via the air supply and the draft regulator, not by an electric fan. This keeps the technical design deliberately simple and straightforward.

The boiler body consists of a welded steel construction. The grate is water-cooled, the combustion chamber is designed for split logs, and the boiler features a large loading door as well as separate cleaning areas. A cooling loop is provided for overheat protection.

The manufacturer specifies a recommended buffer tank volume of 1200 liters for the KTP 30. The specific integration should be planned by a qualified specialist, particularly regarding return temperature boosting, safety group, thermal drain safety, chimney draft, and hydraulic integration.

Installation

The Rojek KTP 30 must be placed on a suitable, load-bearing, and non-combustible surface. For installation, the requirements for the boiler room, combustion air supply, safety fittings, chimney connection, and hydraulic integration must be observed.

The connection to the heating system, the sizing of the buffer tank, the return temperature boosting, and the flue gas connection should be carried out by a qualified specialist. Before commissioning, the heating circuit, venting, tightness, flue gas routing, and safety devices must be checked.

Notes

For clean operation, dry split logs with suitable residual moisture are important. Fuel that is too moist can significantly affect performance, consumption, burn behavior, and soiling.

The boiler should be cleaned regularly and maintained according to the manufacturer's specifications. For material-friendly operation, adequate return temperatures, suitable chimney draft, and a correctly connected cooling loop are essential.
